The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Marlow & Voss, which operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Marlow & Voss is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment first. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email, billing address or phone number you provided.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place the order, as shown in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices exclude shipping, handling and any customs or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your transactions and contact you when needed. You confirm that the payment details you provide are correct, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices including shipping and applicable taxes.

The Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio and the design and arrangement of the site, are owned by Marlow & Voss or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or transmit any material from the Services without our written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Marlow & Voss is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Marlow & Voss. By using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Marlow & Voss, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with us.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's privacy policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and with third parties that may be located in other countries, in order to provide the Services to you.

You confirm that you own the rights to your Feedback, that you have disclosed any compensation received in connection with it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material. We are not obliged to keep Feedback confidential, to pay for it, or to respond to it, and we may remove Feedback we consider objectionable.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and severed where it cannot be, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section 19 — Waiver and Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and any policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

Section 20 — Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your rights under them without our written consent. We may transfer or assign them without notice to you.

Section 21 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes fall under the courts of the Netherlands, without affecting your right as a UK consumer to bring a claim in the country where you live, and without affecting your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You can review the current version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update or replace any part of them by posting changes to our website. We will notify you of material changes as required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
