How do I find my size?
Available sizes are listed on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Our Size & Fit Guide has more guidance.
What is the Wide Fit collection?

Orders
How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and follow the checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once payment is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@marlowvoss.com. We process orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes once an order has been submitted, but we'll always try.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with a transit time of 6–11 business days — a total delivery time of roughly 7–14 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all orders.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves the warehouse. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, and UK customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@marlowvoss.com and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without approval first.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Contact us right away. We'll resolve it at no cost to you, in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
