How long should it take?

Processing takes 2–3 business days. Transit takes a further 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of being placed.

Tracking can take a few hours to show its first update after you receive the email. That is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
